CHRISTMAS EXTENDED EXCHANGE & RETURNS

As Christmas is just around the corner we have now extended our regular returns and exchange period for all our customers.

As well as our standard returns & exchange policy, any orders placed between Friday 8th November and Tuesday 24th December can be returned for a refund or exchange until Friday 10th January 2025.

We understand peoples plans change and presents sometimes need to be swapped or returned so we hope this gives you a better holiday experience at Bandidos.

Please see below our returns Terms and Conditions:

All returned items must be in original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.)

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and secured, so they are not damaged in transit on the way back to us.

Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed. If you have forgotten to include your returns form, please contact our Customer Service customerservice@modabandidos.co.uk

Sale items are non refundable and are exchange only.

We monitor returns to prevent commercial or fraudulent activity. Frequent or repetitive returns in violation of our Fair Use Policy may result in account closure or declined future orders.

You will be responsible for your returns postage.
