Exchanges & Returns

Please see below our returns Terms and Conditions:

• You can return an order to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, exchange, or credit note.

• All returned items must be in original, resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.)

• Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and secured, so they are not damaged in transit on the way back to us.

• Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods - no form may result in your return not being processed. If you have forgotten to include your returns form, please contact our Customer Service customerservice@modabandidos.co.uk

• Sale items are non refundable and are exchange only, this must also be within the 14 day policy.

• We monitor returns to prevent commercial or fraudulent activity. Frequent or repetitive returns in violation of our Fair Use Policy may result in account closure or declined future orders.

• You will be responsible for your returns postage.
